    ymm, sorry buddy i'm so annoying but i've just opened the orginal iso with ultraiso and there's no *.rom inside, the file must be hashed somehow. no idea.

    maybe extract the phlash16.exe - supposing this must be the flasher. but still i don't know the proper prompt to use.

    okay, i've got problem solved! for anyone who get's an error in winpflash as shown in one of my posts please type in cmd:

    SC STOP WINPHLASH

    and you're done :)
