Thx man ! It worked like a charm !!!! The problem was an option in the BIOS on Windows 8.1 64 bit. You must change UEFI to Legacy in the BIOS save with F10, afther that you can boot from USB and run it in DOS ! Another tip is if secure boot is highlighted enter a password then you can disable secure boot !
Thanks for the fast response! Successfully flashed with the NoWlist bios using the WinPhlash64 manually cos the setup won't let me flash with the same version of bios. The included WinPhlash has every options pre-selected nicely and Phlash.ini has the advanced=1 line. Anyone knows the detail of the BIOSCOD that the phnxpatch won't work ?

Hi, I just bought a new Lenovo G505s AMD A10 5750 Laptop and have been having poor internet speed issues. After researching a bit, realized that the WLAN card is Atheros AR 956x, which has been rated as a very bad performance card and my internet speed doesnt go up till 1 Mbps itself. I have another laptop, Dell Inspiron 1440, 6 yrs old, even that laptop gets a speed of 4 Mbps on the same network. Can anyone help me remove the whitelist and suggest what could be done to improve. I may sound like a noob as I have no clue how a 2014 laptop can be beaten by a 6 yrs old laptop. Any guidance will help. Thanks in advance.
