    Could really use some help. I have been waiting for a year. Admittedly I made a mistake the first time with my request info, but if someone could help me with this ASAP, I would greatly appreciate it as I am low-income and can not afford a new laptop at this time.

    Similar problem to me /\ /\. I have a ProBook 6460 and posted a request a few pages back but so far no response. I'm not sure if it's because my BIOS is encrypted? Again, I would be more than happy to PayPal a donation across to the person who can help me!
