    I can propose this procedure (only !):
    -- make dump of BIOS with USB SPI flash programmer;
    -- modify this dump;
    -- flash modified dump with USB SPI flash programmer.

    as i said before I don't know the method to flash your dumped bios back (except of with USB SPI programmer).
