Delete ALL your old packages to avoid errors of yesterday.
i've updated the link at this place, it is a "whitelist removed" only. do not flash it.
Check if SLIC table is complete with slic toolkit.
If not, launch the script flash_TP8F_marker.cmd, and check again, let me know.
If something goes wrong do not forget to upload WINFLASH.LOG

Once done, we will proceed to a next step.

If your machine is still under warranty and if you want take the risk to brick it.

It looks good here. I'm typing from my x120e. It survived. But during flashing it stuck at 0% for good 15sec, then went to 100% at once. So i have some adrenalin pumping... and was about to scream - 'not again'

But now i have a question for you. Is there any update on the phoenix crisis recovery tool, just in case, for x120e and maybe x220?
And one more Q. - are we done with flashing? or there is something needs to be done further?

Edit1: do you need log file from previous flashing? (from 1.10 with SLIC -> to 1.12 no SLIC?)
    Edit2: ok here

For recovery, see what i wrote at the end of this post:http://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/529-Bios-Tools?p=431531&viewfull=1#post431531
LOG files are always needed to analyse what's wrong and what's good, so YES i NEED them.
Now your machine is up to date, nothing else to do.

    regards
