    Ask in the feedback hub If they remove it for you :p

    In admin power shell enter the folowing Get-AppxPackage *WindowsFeedbackHub* | Remove-AppxPackage

    Thats all

    No not realy ok then start to make an iso with MSMG toolkit and leave the feedback app out and do an in place upgrade ;)

    Removing the app offline don't work.
