This install ALL the Visual C++ Redistribuables packages ? Does he download somewhere or all is included ?

Yes, all the Visual C++ Redistribuables Runtimes, and no, no dowload, all is included (look at first post of the thread for more information).

60833 is version of package
60828 is version of included files.
irregardless if you have office C2R 16.x (2016/2019/365) installed you don't need the runtime since it's already included

Does anyone know what is the download links of the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for VS2012 Update 4?

 

First of all great time saving tool. Thank you.
ran v0.27 without switches (first time used so wanted to see it in action)
had previous installs of all 2005 through 2019
got error message for 2005 & 2008, appears unable to uninstall these before attempting installing updated versions
the tool left the previous 2005 & 2008 intact (that's a good thing).

A manual uninstall of 2005 & 2008 was easy work around,
ran the tool again and latest 2005 & 2008 successfully installed.

Not a showstopper.

did not install but I did not have them before and probably don't need them now.

Hi abbodi and community,

I'm getting errors when trying to install the latest pack. It uninstalled all of the old versions, but it won't install any new packages. Instead it says that the files can't be found.

I extracted the install file and tried to run them separately but I'm getting the following error:

"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2755."

I'm not finding any solutions when googling the error code. Do you have any ideas?

 

This error have something to do with the Windows Installer component.
Are you able to install other MSI installer packages successfully?
Maybe you could try searching Google for something like Windows+installer+error+2755 and you may get some ideas. I can't give you a 100% working solution at the moment.
I used the current V27 package on a lot of computers and it always works fine.

happened to me time ago because i had other versions, try extract and use Uninstaller.cmd (admin), see in program if exist other version and remove all, try again install if ok

thanks always for your job sharing,
two questions, difference additional/minimun vs redi.? occasionally forget to check and some programs install redi. version and it's annoying causing conflict, any solution?
