i have been using this for long time and something really strange happens and keep happening after some time. when i install direct x repack and vc++ repack, everything goes really smooth for some time or few days. after that i will receive the notification there is an update available for the vc++ and my in game aim will become unstable, which also points to the vc++ update notification behavior and the only solution for this is to reinstall the direct x and vc++ repacks again and again after few days. this is so strange and i have changed windows so many times but this keeps happening again and again and again. there is something up definitely with the package. not only this when the direct x and vc++ packages are installed the apps load quickly upon restarting pc and when this glitch comes the apps load slower on pc like the whole system points something out not just the game.

capability has nothing to do with the ability of pinpointing or resolution. its a community project and usually it means working together on resolving issues or errors, it might be a new phenomenon for you but that's how community projects work, you discuss, pinpoint issues together and draw resolutions in the process.
On the contrary, it has everything to do with them. What you described is you blindly machine gunning windows installs and arriving at the exact same problem time and time again(textbook insanity actually). All because some software is telling you "you have an issue". For all we know, you may as well just be under the fake impression that there's something wrong when in reality everything works as intended. I've been around long enough to know how community-based projects work. I don't, however, know how you're expecting reliability from third-party software. You've been told already: You're mixing together pieces of software that are mechanically incompatible and you actually trust the output. If you're experiencing constant software glitches, it's time you start from the bottom - test your hdd/ssd and ram. When those are 100% sure to be in proper condition, you move on to software.
I don't even want to argue with you because of your attitude and inexperience in the field but i will definitely leave more feedback for someone who is particularly more mature and has some expertise in this. I don't use any optimizers, i clean the temp and junk files manually so nothing can toy with reg or the win files. Its not hardware because upon fresh installation of the Direct X and Visual C++ repacks the system feels responsive, like when the system is restarted most of the softwares are already loaded and after few days, you restart the windows and it turns on fast but the apps are loading slowly maybe taking seconds to load, secondly the mouse movement feels off and its because the driver rely heavily on the vc++. when i do fresh installation even the cursor feels snappier and accurate. again nothing to do with hardware and points towards the software.
Where can I obtain the Uninstaller.cmd ? All good I found it when I extracted the VisualCppRedist_AIO_x86_x64.exe
