replace a file in windows 7

    few days ago i try to replace a dll file in windows 7, and i read something telling me that i can not change files. what happen. windows 7 ultima don;t allow you to change something in a file.

    taking "ownership" does not grant complete and full control...

    i check that download pressbyte.com and coming very close to I LIVIDSETUP V1 that i read is a virus o something like that. do you know something about that.

    yes. thank you. that is the one i download en click ''enable' i think is working well.
