    The PXE is OPROM02.ROM module in ECM1100.03 & M110_06.WPH (identical) lengh C800 = 51,200 bytes

    Used PhoenixTool to dump it

Now idea why it is 2 step upgrade process

    Hi sebus,
    thanks for the quick reply!

I used now PhoenixBiosEditor2.2.13.zip from h p : www . bios-mods . com /downloads / to replace OPROM02.ROM with the gPXE. And it actually said that the build rom process was successful for M110_06.WPH. Is there anyway to verify if the BIOS will work before flashing?

Do I need to modify ECM1100.03 as well?

    Thanks

Using VBinDiff comparing ECM1100.03 with M110_06.WPH I can see that there are differences. What is the reason for that two step upgrade process with two different files? Maybe I just boot using a small old USB Stick with gPXE on it :-(

I would use PhoenixTool to replace the module (Advanced/Allow user modification of modules) in BOTH and see it is builds fine
