Is it for a system using Simplified Chinese or when adding Simplified Chinese (or any other languages)? If we will encounter issues when adding another language I can mention that in my OP not to disable Client.CBS
Updated all disable_telemetry scripts https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...lemetry-repository.63874/page-66#post-1686849 Added registry keys that block SystemApps with telemetry from running using "Software Restriction Policies". It keeps these SystemApps with telemetry blocked even after installing a cumulative update online But in Windows 11, installing cumulative update online will add Click To Do, Get Started and Windows Backup to the Start menu
thank you no need to edit Windows\SystemApps\MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_cw5n1h2txyewy\AppxManifest.xml (hiding windowsbackup and getstarted in win10)?
Won't work. I even tried replacing the edited 'AppxManifest.xml' & 'IntegratedServicesRegionPolicySet.json' after updating just before restarting Windows . All the files get replaced when the system is updated during restart
After an online update, CU does not add windowsbackup and getstarted in Windows 10 Start menu, only in Windows 11
