    The winareo list is highly outdated and MS in the meantime changed a lot, the pastebin link seems more accurate, however, it also blocks Windows update, the MS Store, Office 365, Smart Screen and WD Definition updates (all of them are not telemetry).

    why not just block everything and add allow rules to only the stuff u want to be able to connect to the internet

    too much rules its like spam

    2 rules
    one for dns one for dhcp
    and thats all
