Are you following the instructions here https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...lemetry-repository.63874/page-75#post-1724815 I see C:\Windows\System32 If you followed the post --- the script and the cabs together in a folder it should install like this
yes, i have! I do not understand the link, it is the original link for updates from you? Or do I have to copy all the data in System32? (manually)
No you don't have to copy them to system32 I am wondering why your output shows C:\Windows\System32 Can you show me your add-package.cmd script
I have solved the problem! I always started your script by double click and not via the WAY of the CMD!!! It just installed
It's supposed to work with double-click My bad --- I figured it out --- it should be ran with elevated privileges I updated the post to run the script as TrustedInstaller to avoid errors
As said, I tried with double click and and increased rights, both did not work, as I said! First start with CMD and everything by keystroke, then it worked! I have another question about the installation, I still noticed: With the big update (Windows10.0-KB5010415-x64.cab) I noticed, the progress indicator went only to 5.3% about, and then it was ready without error message! It said everything is fine....Has you ever experienced this!!?
Sorry to butt in. I have had the same and it wasn't a problem. For peace of mind open Control Panel and navigate to Programs > Programs and Features, then click “View installed updates.” You'll see a list of every update Windows has installed.
I know that! I just wanted to rule out errors, hence the question. Possible would be yes a correct installation display but still faulty function!
You just didn't have enough privileges that's why the errors The add-package script should work now that it will run as TrustedInstaller Did you re-add the package? You didn't get any errors and got this message? Code: The operation completed successfully.
This is the newest script from you and also suitable for LTSC 2021? There are still very many changes added! Wow
It was already from the Windows installation a corresponding older package on it! Can this be the cause?
Yes https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...lemetry-repository.63874/page-73#post-1723965 Every time I start searching about telemetry I find something new
These are some signs of a successful installation Code: The operation completed successfully. Spoiler Code: DISM /online /get-packages /format:table Spoiler
