I used to have a Select CD for French Windows 98 SE. I think I lost it in hard drive crash. All I remember, it was not bootable and had a MSBATCH.INF file with a serial. Label was something like W98SEL_FR. I don't know if anybody have it here.
Okay yes, thank you for confirming. I'd be happy to have that CD again so I can archive it properly, if you don't mind. I found back my "companion" CD, type 116 and I can confirm the SHA1 you provided. It's a weird upgrade CD that requires Windows 98 FE. Non bootable.
