Try open \tools\pssutil\ -> CDinfo.txt or Dosrep.txt - both previous and latest. You will notice it instantly.
I got thrown off for a minute by the naming... It's not retail upg (102) but oem upg (116) - FE with java. I like that pictures are available, I do not like that it was mastered with an older version of cdimage. (this version adds date and time tho, hard to say if it's a modified version...) Cab files varies in date stamps too at some degree... That said, it could very well be genuine, if you have more details about this puppy, would be great. We don't have this one so if you wan't this added to repo, your call, done deal.
I was checking your listings on the first post, so Windows 98 First Edition also existed in OEM Upgrade 116 ? Both with and without Java ?
