    Is actually a "b" version (19981124) of nl_windows_98_a_115_oem.iso
    Not a upgrade. :)

    Both are dumped with PowerISO.
    PowerISO modifies TZ byte.

    One of the timestamps in the header is funny looking
    (not entirely sure that is a result of PowerISO btw, never seen that before)

    Content looks good.
