There are two ways to add APPX applications (sideload): 1. Adding to the installation image offline/online: Code: Parameter Set: Offline Add-AppxProvisionedPackage -Path <String> [-CustomDataPath <String> ] [-DependencyPackagePath <String[]> ] [-FolderPath <String> ] [-LicensePath <String> ] [-LogLevel <LogLevel> {Errors | Warnings | WarningsInfo} ] [-LogPath <String> ] [-PackagePath <String> ] [-ScratchDirectory <String> ] [-SkipLicense] [-SystemDrive <String> ] [-WindowsDirectory <String> ] [ <CommonParameters>] Parameter Set: Online Add-AppxProvisionedPackage -Online [-CustomDataPath <String> ] [-DependencyPackagePath <String[]> ] [-FolderPath <String> ] [-LicensePath <String> ] [-LogLevel <LogLevel> {Errors | Warnings | WarningsInfo} ] [-LogPath <String> ] [-PackagePath <String> ] [-ScratchDirectory <String> ] [-SkipLicense] [-SystemDrive <String> ] [-WindowsDirectory <String> ] [ <CommonParameters>] 2. Adding to user account: Code: Parameter Set: AddSet Add-AppxPackage [-Path] <String> [-DependencyPath <String[]> ] [-ForceApplicationShutdown] [-Confirm] [-WhatIf] [ <CommonParameters>] Parameter Set: RegisterSet Add-AppxPackage [-Path] <String> -Register [-DependencyPath <String[]> ] [-DisableDevelopmentMode] [-ForceApplicationShutdown] [-Confirm] [-WhatIf] [ <CommonParameters>] Parameter Set: UpdateSet Add-AppxPackage [-Path] <String> -Update [-DependencyPath <String[]> ] [-ForceApplicationShutdown] [-Confirm] [-WhatIf] [ <CommonParameters>] These commands are executed from PowerShell or you can use alternative DISM commands with the same results.
moderate thank ya much. While ya wasnt here I almost did all by myself exept printer driver for my Panasonic printer. Its missing and existed printer drivers doesnt works for it. Its prety cool that laptop works betta with no bitlocker and installed from clear OEM dist. Luv my WinRT still) What about leaked Win10 with Chrome? How good performance of it and is it worse to isnattl on Tegra3? I'm suppose it's some kind of speculation til.
Many thanks for that Samsung file. Tablet works now. Only after first update it stuck on "checkinkg for updates" and in store I can not install any app due to "slow connection" lol. I guess Windows is being Windows.
https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...v8-x-x-and-v10-arm.57362/page-15#post-1296520 Look in this thread direct links for this 3 updates. Install it one by one. When istalled well one of it (I dont remeber in which order) then install updates via Wundows Update and later install last two of it and install next updates via Windows Update. All works well next.
When I was after first update wave kb3021910 was already installed, other two gave me "the update is not applicable to your pc" Now I refreshed it, installed that kb3021910, but those two I still can't install. I'll wait what will WU do..
Ok. Try to login in MS Store. Wait till WU get some updates. Later install those two updates manually. After this manupilation i've got working WU well.
Thanks, that worked. Now when I installed second wave of updates tablet stuck on black screen. Windows will never stop to amaze me. So I had to refresh it. Now I wanted to make a new recovery USB, but I can't check "copy the recovery partition from PC to USB drive" so I guess there is not recovery partition on my device now? I tried update it again, but it stuck on same black screen. Only wifi logo and CES (keyboard) flashes every few seconds.
Well I guess I'll just leave it not updated, whatever. I suppose there is no way how to make facebook messenger working, except that buggy not optimized web page, right?
I doubt there is any virus for RT I only have it for some school PDF and safe websites. Also It's better unsecured, than not working. Mobile FB have some problems with it as well, I think it's an IE thing. Thanks
