    Hello everyone. Total noob here. I have a Surface RT with Windows 8.1. I would like to know any suggestions as to what to do with this tablet. Its in great condition. But, as you all know, its arm based. So its limited. I dont know how to code. But pointed in the right direction. I can follow instructions very well. So any ideas? Thanks.

    is windows 10 rt still like garbage 8.1 rt with same store as there is nothing updated in terms of software or browsers for rt and win 10 rt for arm old version is full of security holes unlike patched 8.1rt every patch tuesday unless you dual booting the OS just for kicks :)

    Check WindowsUpdate.log, see if there is new KB4486105 (refreshed .NET 4.8)

    Refreshed Win10 links are tagged 2020/01 too, but all files are built 2019/12

    digital signature is enough indicate, or open msu with 7-zip :)

    @moderate
    This error on W10 arm64? and you have Win ADK installed?
    for some reason, the upgrade is trying to use x86 Dism/wimmount.sys to mount winre.wim

    try with ADK removed, and Device Guard disabled
