    Question for all:

    Do we have any Windows LTSC (Windows LTSB, Windows Server) SKU in arm64?

    I need to grab some arm64 programs from there (like win32calc.exe)...

    Great, but that will delay my super hyper WRT81 arm32 custom ISO.

    There is a new "fake upgrade" of W11 (by the so-called Enablement Package), but it raises the build number from b22624 (not by 1 as Moment 3, but by 7) to b22631, so it is raised by 10 from Stable b22621. It is marked as Moment 4, its KB is KB5027397.

    On the three PCs (arm64 and 2x x64) I installed W11 b22631-2048, but I can't DISM -2066.
    Those CAB/PSF updates seem to be somewhat "crippled" compared to MSU ones.
