DotNET Framework with AnyCPU targetting on Windows arm64: I just wasn't sure, so I did some testing, here is the result: Anything, that is compiled with AnyCPU targetting for the DotNET Framework v4-8-0 and lower, runs on arm64OS as x64 (more often) or x32 (less often - such programs run even on x64OS as x32 programs, but at the same time they can run for example on arm32OS, so it has to be some compiling option like "always force 32 bitness", that just don't raise bitness from x32 to x64, otherwise such program still has AnyCPU targeting capability - but I have no idea about the details). Because no software that I have stored, was compiled for DotNET Framework v4-8-1 (with AnyCPU targetting), I can't even confirm, that on arm64OS anything can run as arm64 (or arm32) from DotNET Framework with AnyCPU targetting. However, anything, that is compiled with AnyCPU targetting for the DotNET Framework v4-0-0 and higher, can run on arm32OS (as RT has no DotNET Framework v3-5 and lower).
vcredist_x64.exe vcredist_x86.exe vcredist_arm64.exe vcredist_arm.exe ...because you are the guy, who extracts them with WiX Toolset v3-11-2 and uses MSIs + CABs instead.
MS just killed ActiveX at the Windows Update Catalog website for IE. IE now gets the same content as Firefox or Chrome.
You ask unclear questions you asked to collect the MS's EXEs, you mean their links? they are published in github source_links\README.md ricktendo didn't write any of those posts at wincert, and i don't recall his posts at repacks.net the last one is actually copied from my first merged AIO repack, and i never had that .401 version
