    hello hello

am sorry to post a bit like that, but i own a old dell XPS 10' tablet+keyboard
its an arm, looks like you know better the device that i do
i use it occasionnaly for msoffice, especially word, because it still have nice battery charge over the years.

i just can do only pdf + word activities.
i can't use it for internet (only outlook to send mails), can't browse the internet with it, IE is too old

    my wonders was :
could it run postmarketos with your discoveries?

btw, where to find the image.7z?

i saw that you were uploading lot of apps.. if i understand well, i have to download the 7zip file, then to follow the git page's manual, to get those apps (gimp, etc) maybe installable on that device?

im a little noob in that thing.

thank you vm for your answers !

edit: wouldnt be useful to create a kind of single webpage with all uploaded software listed? kind of fdroid for windows 8RT, to be practical?

thank you for all of this
yes postmarket is for phone, so especially arm devices.. that's why, winRT runs on ARM, maybe it could run on it too?

btw, is there a way to have a precise/detailled howto for win8RT?
because since few hours im trying, im totally unable.
    eg to use firefox arm.

    here it is :
    device dell xps 10, snapdragon s4 APQ8060A, 2GB ram, running winRT 8.1

i formated with gpt the usb key (with gparted)
then with win10 other computer, i formated it in fat32
then i extracted to it the zip content
then i copied on the usb key the firefox
then i powered off the xps, i plugged in the usb key and powered it on.

but, even while windows started, i was unable to launch the firefox winarm exe file, saying "it cannot run on that pc", so i guess i missed something.. how could i do it?

    tank you!
