    Still the files aren't raw PortableExecutable but PA31 format.
    How to decrypt that?

    "I/O error" harddisk or free space issue perhaps?

    MS has updated the compression again in 11_24H2 (UpdateCompression.dll -> msdelta.dll).

    Still. Although I can reach the Windows binaries inside the KB, I can't decrypt them from PA31 format.

    PSFExtractor needs to be updated IMHO. Try to get inside KB5058411.

    We definitelly need the win32 arm32 port of Midnight Commander. :)
    The sweet thingy has two panels + ftp client.
    Since we still don't have ftp capable two panel file manager for arm32, it is the last thing we lack in Windows 8-1 RT arm32.
    For any coding wizard I am able to make a nice donation to let it happen.
