Read the fine print. It's too early to conclude if a device will receive Windows 10 or not, and all those news articles claiming things, are pure BS and speculation For the support term of the device. Has Surface or 2520 become unsupported? They still provide support services for them and issue firmware/drivers updates if needed. Windows RT as being distributed via OEM channel only, goes under that category: support term of device. Editions excluded contradicts though: if true, that means neither RT device will get RT 10, even latest ones. Wait more official statements. And even so, if it won't be released, we can still grab ESDs (as they being the clean system) and integrate drivers. SecureBoot policy is not an issue: the keys are msft retail generic and accept any Microsoft loader as long as it's trust chain can be verified as going through that prod certificate (Prod PCA 2012 iirc). Platform checkup within the loader is done after verifying SecureBoot certificates.

Interesting thing is, that integrating this 1GB pack will your image make about 1MB bigger. (I firstly deleted the 21 old stuff by /Remove-Provisionedappxpackage.) Picture:
