    did you install it yourself? i remember way back when i installed it it had a time bomb and explorer.exe was broken too.

    Can't imagine these official MVS ISOs are timebombed, no never installed these kind of these ISOs, so i have no more info about it.

    I just provide official ISOs:)

    i think the term "timebomb" is being misinterpreted here. in this context, it solely means the setup only continues the installation at a predefined date ( for compatibility ) and i can confirm its 2015; one needs to set his/her bios date to this date or patch the bios file.
    from my previous experience with win10 debug build - and there was only one so far - there's high chance the explorer.exe is broken too. not sure if the problem is kernel sided or not.
