[Req] Why there is no Entreprise version uploaded ?

Just tried Windows 8 Pro N VL English-United Kingdom, it's really different with English-United States.
Media Feature Pack for N and KN versions of Windows 8 as same as English-United States.

I've access to all versions in any language. Pro, Pro VL, Enterprise.
Preferred upload to an OCH (e.g. share-online, uploaded, zippy).
