all i did is this :
1-copied retail cd content to an folder named XPOEM in root of Drive C:
2-and extracted temp.rar in the root of drive C:
3-replaced setupp.ini with old one in this path: C:\XPOEM\I386 and copied that winnt.sif into this path : C:\XPOEM\I386 ( opened this file with notepad and i can see that serial number has been posted on the Microsoft site for windows xp pro 32)
4-copied and replaced bios files in this path C:\XPOEM\I386
5-maked an iso with that makeiso.exe

    for driverpacks:
1-extracted iso that i have maked it oem slp to an folder
2-used Base-DP program and integrated drivers to the folder (with method 2)
3-used nlite to make it bootable and make an iso.
4-burned iso with alcohol 120% to a dvd.
5-opened dvd drive of laptop and putted dvd i have burned into it and booted up to install the OS .
but it stocked at the serial key page and told me the serial key is incorrect.
    what i most to do?
i did this i have created and windows xp integrated drivers
installed that and when it asked for serial key i typed my jbc46-q42fd-pggmc ...... etc and it works perfectly and for making sure the windows is activated after installing completed used that WPA-KILL to Who named is WPA:D
what i did wrong with making an oem slp cd?
    can some1 tell me?

No worries i knew all along it had something to do with version, hopefully now you can get it working with OEM SLP and your driver packs :) When looking for OS systems always try searching with MSDN file hashes if possible.
