I disgaree. As I tried to explain in my post, the image is definitely not "homebrew" - it cannot be, since I owned two physical originals of that floppy and made matching images almost twenty years apart. Also, when you look at the photo, you will see that it is not an OEM floppy, either. It is missing the "only with a new PC" sentence and has the typical style of a retail disk of that time. Which is correct, since I got it from a retail package.

As I said, that's why this image is interesting.

Now now vanelle, keep in mind MaJo24 is the main reason we now use delta/ svf on MDL, so if he says it's an original, I believe him. There has consistently been inconsistencies from the MS clown school. Remember the Office 2000 ISO's with the weird mastering program, can't recall name at the moment, rock something.

 

ROCKRIDGE_ACCEPTING_SYSTEMS and BUZZSAW I think it was. Fun stuff.

It was even weirder with Windows 95 CDs. Some OEM CDs were obviously not even mastered by MS themselves, seems like they only delivered a bunch of files to the pressing plants and hoped for the best ...

Edit: After cross-checking the hashes in this thread, I might have found some german ISOs that have not been mentioned here yet. If anyone is interested, just drop a note here, and I'll gladly upload deltas. Photos of all CDs can be provided if needed.
