Well it's Arabic language version of NT (so countries like Kuwait etc.) - which would have had lots of changes due to right-to-left reading etc. and character sets. Can of worms eh? Welcome to the world of Microsoft messy ISO production. And you thought this would be easy? I'll be honest with you, Microsoft decided to cut corners by doing this sort of cr*p on the physical CD's and DVD's you got sent ... combine multiple editions onto disc. I've got some XP editions on MSDN DVD's like that. Same for 98SE, it comes on a CD with 98 and 98SE on the same CD. The download ISO versions did not do that though so you still could get 'untouched' versions. Wait till you see the later versions when you get NT4 with 5 languages versions on the same CD...

Bye
Feel free too - be nice to see somebody else in this thread. I took a break due to too vanelle's backlog. Got loads to do - but he really needs to update post #1 with SHA1
hhhmmmmm 1) I do not want to spread the patches over the entire Thread, so you do not have to read 100 postings to hit the right one (i hate this) 2) i tink a small pice of base isos for the patches (current 5) works great (coz i dont want long explain what are the base for the patches) if you dont like Spoiler - my proposal: i remove all spoiler and all iso-details from post#1 and put the iso hash-list's (wich now in post#2) sortet to #1 + 1 post with no spoiler (you can use CONTROL+F and search on a SHA1) - iso-details get lost (i dont want put them in diffrent postings - the cost to link this is too big) + in this case #2 only include the svf hash-list's - if the patch-list grows, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find the right patch for the corresponding iso - no spoiler = long list (later may be very long - i hope so) may be you have a better idea ?!
Vanelle, my patches were just for you - I am expecting you to remake them properly using a suitable base file and reissue all the patches with a simple set of base files. I suggest you use more than one base file - eg 1 workstation, 1 server, 1 option pack etc. rather than a single file for every patch. Also you first post would be better in a list form with filenames and SHA1's of output ISO - see the way Oz did them in some of his threads when we did 98, 2000, XP. Make it easier on those who are trying to help you. Get rid of spoilers and multi level tags.
Has this thread died? EDIT: No I see hash post updated. Get rid of the 'old' filenames as they are meaningless.
