If I try to download
X18-65450.exe (italian x64 language pack) 238MB
and
X18-51553.exe (japanese x64 language pack) 255MB
they are saved as MicrosoftInstaller.exe (the size is different, but the same "strange" name)

I wonder about it, do you have any idea?

 

MS pulled the plug on DigitalRiver, they run their own DLs from windows.net now.So it downloads as MS installer, just save as and name it something if doing multiple so you know what is what. It is intentional by MS, I dont know if they will have other plans to add to that later, or if this is enough muckin around with files for them hehe
