    Anyone have success with Sony Vaio FW slic 2.1 bios mod for R2060Y0? Anyone use the mediafire file in post# 555? Thanks.

    the tool confirms the mod bios has SLIC 2.1 ready. but since the link rweverything report was down, I cant confirm 100%.

    Adding Win7 support doesn't mean they added SLIC

    But since The Inspiron 1318 is being sold ATM it already has SLIC 2.1 built in. No idea why there was a mod request for it
