Hello people, I've searched on Google and everywhere yet I couldn't find any solution. I got 'Lenovo Q180', a micro PC, to run my application on autostart, sort of self-running box / kiosk type thing... but when it is booting up - the BIOS shows the big Lenovo text logo on a boot sequence and it is really a fail. I would love so much to be able to have that startup bios boot image removed. (and there is no option in BIOS to hide it)... and there doesn't seem to be Lenovo Ideeacentre Q180 bios on their website. Any suggestion, anything, I would be very grateful if you can give me some tips or advice.
I will try that although I may have messed this up. I thought if I found a compatible older bios and flashed it, I would be able to install the bios you gave me because they wouldn't be the same. I flashed with an old intel bios and the tried to flash your bios by typing iflash.exe and then selecting your bios but now it says flash failure because the biosid's do not match. I guess I can always flash back to gateway bios I had on it and try again
Thanks anyway for your time. I now have it flashed to the straight intel bios and can't figure out how to get back to the gateway bios because of the biosid error not matching. I may just make a new RW report with the intel bios and resubmit a request later
