    Download the above package, remove R0104J4.wph from R0104J4 folder, rename R0104J4_SLIC.wph to R0104J4.wph, copy it to R0104J4 folder. Then flash using Winflash.

    rename R0102W2_SLIC.WPH to R0102W2.WPH and try with
    WBFLASH.exe
    or
    Winphlash.exe /p R0102W2.WPH
    or from pure DOS with ph161700.exe
    ph161700 /x R0102W2.WPH
    or
    PH161700.EXE R0102W2.WPH /O /FORCE /X /C /S

    And little question - how you modded it? Andy`s tool stops responding - what you did?

    Can you upload "modded winphlash for vaio" ?
