I’m looking for Windows 10 for Users of Assistive Technologies. Does anyone have installation files (distribution) for it? I lost mine.
There was no ISO image directly from MS, but ESD of some type, I don’t remember exactly because it was last autumn, and, sadly, I didn’t keep any files or notes.
Afaik, there only was a website who offered windows 10 for free to poeple using any assistive tool, by downloading the upgrade assistant which only downloaded the consumer ESD to do the upgrade. No separate ESD or ISO available.
That deal expired a while ago, and even if you saved the .iso for assistive technologies, it'll still ask for a key. Just get the new 1803 version and use your old Windows 7 key to activate it (if you have one)
This was not a deal. If one told MS on the certain web page that he or she is a user who needs assistive technologies and answered several MS’s questions, then MS gave him or her a special link for downloading ESD. That’s it. No keys, AFAIR.
With special conditions i meant the use of any assistive tool, as msft stated would be needed. The free HWID establishment never needed the assistive upgrade tool (aka upgrade assistant). MSFT still hands windows 10 out for 100% free, for everyone.
Maybe I misunderstood what the OP was asking for.... Where is this Assistive Upgrade tool that msft would ask for?
hmm users needs READ all topics inside the Forum , several questions are very easy to know myself is one example after find for Assistive Tech; Enthousiast already talk a lot of times aiehh! this dude really tireless lol thanks Enth
@Enthousiast The matter is that this was not an ordinary Windows 10 installation ESD, but specially configured for the respective consumers, and I even did not find how to cancel these settings in a simple way. I installed this version of OS into the VM to try it but then deleted it and, unfortunately, did not keep the installation files.
It's not on MSDN/MVS, i have seen most, if not all, windows 10 iso's and esd's, never heard of an ESD or iso you specify, The official assistive upgrade website worked as i explained, just an exe which downloaded the standard consumer ESD and upgraded windows by ESD.
AFAIR, this kind of distro turns on some visual and audio assistance right after you start the installation process and then keep them working all the time. I think that MS made it against the cheaters.
Either way, it's not available at MyVisualStudio (formerly known as MSDN) or WU (we would have seen the ESD appearing). Maybe @LostED or @mkuba50 have seen it?
