I changed bioscod1.rom, added acpi2.bin and rename all other acpi strings and rom.scr. That's all.

I don't know. You must disable first "UAC" (User Account Control), copy ASUS.XRM-MS cert file into C:\ with admin rights, then open command prompt (run as administrator option with right mouse click) and then follow the well known activation procedure.
