    I think your problem is due to oem hacked bios.

    This I figured out but isn't that weird?
    Does this mean every AMD cpu user here has no CnQ anymore in Vista? Would there be a way to get this working again?

    Try to flash original bios (not hacked) and see if CNQ is enabled anymore.

    If it is slp2.0 activated it wil deactivate and if your lucky a reduced desktop.
