I'm sorry to hear that. Did you tried to clear the cmos?, if that don't worked try to hold down the 'tab' key when starting up the computer. If it boots ok flash back the original bios.
How did you flashed the bios? Try to clear cmos, try to start again. If that don't work try to hold down the 'tab' key, if it boots restore old working bios.
