    Toshiba Tecra M9-S5515

    Is the reason the Toshiba Tecra M9-S5515 can't be modded because of the PM965 chipset or is it just the Toshiba BIOS?

    It's the bios itself, some bios types we just don't know a safe method to mod them or have the tools to do so.

    you do have an asus certificate imported and you've changed your key to an asus key?
