    This is exactly what I did the first time since I knew that the asus update and ez flash wouldn't update the acpi table.

    I don't know if it was that I was using the latest afudos or if it was the new
    file link you gave me but the slic is loaded now...I have no doubt it will activate....I will still report confirming successful activation.

    LOL, have to mod it again, because I deleted the first mod and replaced by the second one.

    I used superstatic method adding slic in uncompressed form and then adding in acpitbl correct mem address. That's all. It should work !!

    You must use afudos under dos (pure dos not command prompt) using a bootable floppy drive or bootable usb pen and type this syntax :

    AFUDOS /ixxxx.rom /pbnc /n (where xxxx is your bios file name).
