reset re-arm count?

yea i didnt disassemble files. i did it a different way.

i didnt use that loader lol but you can keep saying i did. i learned how to do it manually but im not sure if it would work right for all machines. the other pc i tried it on said the file was in use so i couldnt do it but who knows i might write an application to do it.

I know that tokens.dat keeps the key and the rearm information, so you simply change it somehow? or used the original tokens.dat?
please elaborate on this.

I'm not trying to flame you or anything, but I would like to know how you did it because you said you did it manually and I'm interested on how you did it. If you can make a program to reset rearms, that would be awesome.

i think i got a way to do it safely. ill write that app. it will be a mixture of token restore (my back up app) and the thing i did to reset the rearm...

But how can you reset the 4 rearms when a clean install only has 3? And is there a way to chose the amount of rearms you can get? (so slmgr -dlv shows like 10 rearms)
edit: lol it does give you 4 rearms, I forgot that 1 rearm is used by sysprep before the build is imaged in the install.wim

if you crack it it will say 2/3/2010 or what ever expiration date, IF you DONT crack it and just keep the 30days unctivated for ever by puting this text in a .reg file and run it you will have no problems. Try it - after backing up your current system of course.

I'm a little suspicious because the guy who posted believes in fairies - or in this case non existent keygens for any version of Windows except those VLK ones for XP which no longer work because of WGA

Still my favorite "dealing with activation idea" so-far. The whole "back to full 4 rearms while setting rearm task every 30 days" with an GUI.

So it's been a while since keygens have been an honest consideration for activatimg windows but I guess with the imagination anything possible...lol

 

u could totally make a keygen but they keys wouldnt' work. so it would be kind of pointless.
