    how do you figure? when you do this your just ripping the license system out of your OS then putting it back.

    thats why its so dangerous to do. if you mess up you might as well clean install

    OK, will do, though I'm tempted to just keep running with it, since for some reason it continues to work. Note: I haven't installed the WAT checker, or whatever it's called.
