Hi Guys, hope that somebody can help me. I bought a Samsung laptop (forgot the model) and I installed Windows 7 Ultimate, but haven't installed the KB971033 (I hide it currently from the updates). I have tried DAZ 1.9.7. The problem is that after installation, my PC is unable to reboot. I did the command "bootsect.exe /nt60 SYS /force" and able to reboot successfully. When I check the my activation status, it says that I only have 3 days to activate (take note that I haven't installed the KB971033 update). When I reboot without installing the KB971033, my PC still unable to boot and I need to do the bootsect command. Any ideas that you can share? I would really like to have my Windows 7 activated so I can receive updates. Thank you in advance.
Just got a windows 7 automatic update, strange, and its not Tuesday yet. Guess what.... the first one installed was KB971033 We shall see what happens
^^ What activator were you using before you got all this restart problem? Post your MGAdiag in loader support and chat thread or do a clean installation of win7. and use DAZ's latest version loader and you're genuine again no problem with KB971033. good luck. thanks, sid_16.
I'm not an expert for your query but you'll get help from others sooner or later. By the way, you didn't mention which activator were you using before you got all these restart problem?
