hi, When I restart my computer, I see a message popup saying "you're about to be signed out. Windows will be shutdown in 1 minute". Is there a way to remove that message from even appearing? If so, how plz?

    thx

There should not be a delay when you use the "regular" OS interface to initiate a reboot.

Is this happening due to a program prompting you for a restart? If so, the delay is controlled by whatever program that is, not Windows.

    YES.
Shutdown events are logged in the System event log (eventvwr.msc) with source "User32" and event ID 1074.
