Hi Guys, Stupid question time.. I have never dealt with an RMA before but I was told to make sure the number is written on the outside of the box. By RMA, does that mean the company I bought it from is paying for the cost of shipping it back to them? Plz let me know, thx
RMA means return merchandise authorization - meaning the company has agreed to accept the merchandise back (for replacement, refund). It does not mean they are paying for return shipping (although they might be, if they told you they would and gave you a shipping label). Write the RMA number on the outside of the box, like this: RMA #123456
