Why should it? I think the OEM Partners itself will costomize their own DVDs, and then they maybe will be an $OEM$ folder in there. And i don' think this is a special OEM version for a special OEM Partner like DELL or someone else, so why should there be any certificate in there?
Because if it doesn't then the release needs to be nuked, because it is infact an RTM release, not an OEM release.
You dont know that until u download it and see or anybody please first to have it done confirm for us so we dont all waste our b/w and time
Not even have to download full ISO, just the first Megabytes to get it opened with UltraISO, then you will see.
it might have cert directly in install.wim as well (altho i doubt it). So you kinda need to download whole, if you want to be 100% sure. This is just isos for OEMs and they will customize them them self.
It's not nuked, OEMs are the same as the retail ones, they just have a cheaper packaging or no packaging at all and uses OEM keys to activate, but the files inside are the same as the ones for the retail version. Only Manufacturers OEMs (Dell, Fuji, Sony, Toshiba, etc) have certs on their DVD, all others not.
of course you have to make sure that the first parts have been downloaded. I just downloadeded 15MB and there is no such $OEM$ Folder in.
Difference between “OEM CD w/Key” and “OEM CD / COA” The only difference between these 2 products is the way that the key number comes. The OEM w/ COA comes with the key number (product key) on an actual Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from Microsoft. The OEM w/ KEY just has the serial number on a label on the back of the cd sleeve. Some people feel more secure getting the product key on a COA while others are willing to save money and just get the key number on a label. Both are fully licensable and able to be registered with Microsoft.
