    It is normal to be blocked for activation on line!!!
    OEM key+ SLIC2.1+ Cert = offline activation!!!
    DELL certificate for Windows 7 somebody???

    weird. they are valid keys but just being blocked.

    So they Will work Wit 7Loader ? when the program is ready
    To activate without The Expiration date ?

    found this interesting info

    OEM SLP Keys:
    * OEM SLP (System-Locked Pre-installation) keys are only issued to the big manufacturers such as Dell, Asus, Sony, etc.

    * These are the only keys that are able to bypass activation that is, perform offline activation without contacting Microsoft.

    * They will work with any OEM SLP system, regardless of the OEM system's brand i.e. Product Keys are not brand specific.

    OEM NONSLP Keys:
    * Similar to Retail, but distributed and supported by an OEM. Needs activation by phone or online and they are not brand specific. .

    don't work here, i have bios slic 2.1 and cert for dell in my system32.
    help pls.

    Very nice and thanks for the OEM key. We now just have to wait for the cert to be leak and we are on our way.

    First off...thanks for the upload & the "PIDX checker".

    After using google "OEM:NONSLP Keys" you will find your answer to the problem!

    OEM:NONSLP Keys
    * OEM NONSLP Keys (Non System Locked Pre-installation) are similar to Retail, but distributed and supported by an OEM (pre-installed by a small manufacturer also known as a System Builder).
    * Needs activation by phone or online and they are not brand specific.
    * These keys will work in general same as Retail or Upgrade keys and can be used only once.
    * Product Key Group ID 146.

    Just wait for the OEM SLP keys to be leaked and the waiting will be all over ;)
