To create an AIO it only needs to have all the indices, you want to include, handy. Then export them to new WIM, the order of the exports determines the Index order inside the new WIM. WU TOOLs 'WINDOWS IMAGING MENU' offers to export all or specific indices to a new WIM.
Should be no problem here what tool is used to create the AIO. WU TOOL (MrX linked to in his post) offers option to check your download folder for presence of needed updates. If all are present it will mount all indicies and will service them afterwards and then unmount/commit. NOTE: In case of big AIOs that can last a w-h-i-l-e. For that reason i only create AIO with versions i actually install. Servicing versions you never use is only a PITA .

Would recommend you try out WU TOOL from my signature. It's morecomfortable and is shipped with all needed files. Upack to a folder that isn't on your system drive (recommended) and start the script and go directly to [M] Menu.
