If all tries go to vain, then there is a chance of tampering some system files. In that case, in the elevated command prompt, type "sfc /scannow" [without the quotes] and press Enter. Then try again......
Dude, all I am saying with Daz's loader, Don't install the loader part but it has an option for bios mods to only install the appropriate cert and key, NO LOADER! Trust me, I have used that option since 1.6 of his loader lol
It's right , Daz loader "Advanced options" tab will do the job by clicking "Install certificate and serial" after selecting Samsung for Certificate and Serial in the "Options" tab (Daz loader v1.80). In previous 1.7x version, click "Advanced options", then in tab "Activation setup" choose Samsung, "then "More options" click "Install certificate and serial" .
Guys, That worked a treat, makes perfect sense about the cert being a 2.0 and why it wasn't being installed. For shear "can't be arsedness" I used Daz Loader latest version which worked a treat. Thanks to everyone who gave me the answers. Robb

Glad to hear it worked for you dude. That is what I would do from now on dude. Daz's loader makes it really easy to insert keys and certs like that. I still use it today for that reason too lol
