After applying your nice tool if you click the accessibility button from login screen you will get an elivated command prompt which will allow you to run everything without the need to login. I run mstsc & all CMD commands I know. It is cool at home but very dengerous since everyone will have access without password cool stuff

The Removing Windows default apps if you can make the option to remove it one after another it will be helpful. Removing Bing removes News, Sports, Mail, Music, Video Apps Etc... I need the News, Sports, Mail Apps so if you can make it an option to choose which Apps to remove will be helpful. You can also include remover of Get Office* Get Skype* Get Started* OneNote* Cortana if possible. thanks!
Take out all the tweaks related to data collection, spying, and telemetry - they are 100% worthless, including adding sites to hosts file...
People really concerned about it will use simple firewall/router rules to block it. Tweaks are just to smooth out the rough edges.
Problem at your end or probably you did no clean install after upgrading. W10 is booting faster then every Windows Version before
