I like experimenting with different operating systems and Windows editions...
Noticed that as of build 25120, all consumer editions of Windows 11 now demand an active internet connection and a Microsoft account to allow the user to set up his or her computer.

    This includes Pro for Workstations.

Seems Enterprise, Education and Pro Education are the only editions exempt from this.

Also of note: Build 22000.xxx is significantly slower than 22621.xxx and 25xxx.

Weird, 25120 ProWS forced me to use my MSA. There was no option to use a local account. Maybe I'm missing something?

Try for ProfWS (it's a virtual edition of Pro).
