I've activated for testing via our company KMS just after installation and few mods. As I ended testing I've scrapped the partition. Of course there will be no CALs visible without activation.
Ok, so I've done more testing and activating datacenter via KMS does not give you any CALs. You have to activate the license server and then install licenses using activate.microsoft.com. At least this is my experience for both Server 2008 R2 and Server 2012 datacenter.
I agree, it is a little lame to create a drop-box account for you to earn credit toward a bigger box. Just post the links for us.
I don't need any more "room" at DropBox. I already pay for 200GBs. Nobody forces you to accept the invitation, just download it from elsewhere, if you don't prefere DP.
